Brownie, your doin' a heckuva job
I heard on NPR this morning that Bush is heading to the Gulf Coast to mark the second anniversary of the demise of New Orleans. As I understand it, the President will hold a moment of silence in remembrance. That is typical W; offering an empty gesture instead of the apology that the city so richly deserves.

And, once again, in his speech, he referred to the region that he theoretically presides over as "this part of the world." So the words he uses are not only unhelpful but actually quite alienating. He's taken zero responsibility for something that ultimately lands on his shoulders. Shees, what an a-hole.

But that is his MO. He has never really taken responsibility for any of the long, long list of business and/or political failures in his life. His record of underachievement was out there for everyone to see. That he was re-elected, well, that speaks to the the USA's higher than average dumbfuck population. Your point is spot on though. Bush is indeed an asshole.
