Supreme smack in the head

The SCOTUS laid waste to the Administration detainee policy regarding prisoners at GITMO today. It really was an up and down rebuke of the whole enemy combatant theory of treatment. Military tribunals are out. The policy does not conform to military law and the detainees are subject to the guidelines of the Geneva Convention (something that Attorney General Alberto Gonzales referred to as "quaint" - schmuck).

I am glad to see that there are still some limits to the President's power; especially this President.
